[Update] About Corporate Measures Taken Against 2019 Novel Coronavirus

As of March 31, 2020, Lionsholdings Limited (Headquarters: Sumida, Tokyo; CEO: Takeshi Mori), will be extending and partially expanding its efforts undertaken against the spread of 2019 novel coronavirus COVID-19 it has undertaken since February 21. *Changes highlighted in red

 

Summary of Measures

◆Allocation of disinfectant alcohol-based hand sanitizer to all reception areas

 

◆All companies to implement staggered work start time and partial remote work

 

・Staggered work time refers to employees avoiding using public transportation between the hours of 7:00am ~ 10:00am and 5:30pm ~ 8:00pm

 

Tokyo Office

・Implementation of remote work until Friday, March 27  *Approval of superior required to visit office

・Remote work to continue past Monday, March 30 *Approval of superior required to visit office

 

Fukuoka Office

・Implementation of staggered work hours until Friday, March 27  *Approval of superior required to visit office

Until Monday, March 31, switch to alternating between remote work and staggered work hours

After Tuesday, April 1, switch to full time remote work *Approval of superior required to visit office

 

Naha Office

・Implementation of remote work until Friday, March 27  *Approval of superior required to visit office

・After Monday, March 30, only staggered work hours approved

 

Precautions when going to work

・Employees will not come to work if showing initial signs of a cold such as coughing, etc., or if afflicted with fever

*First contact a superior and then await instructions

 

◆Fundamental prohibition of official business trips

    Regardless whether domestic or outside Japan, employees are fundamentally prohibited from taking business trips

 

◆Fundamental implementation of remote meetings both intra- and inter-company

    Meetings, interviews, and consultations will fundamentally be performed remotely

 

◆Fundamental prohibition on attending events hosted by outside companies

    Regardless of whether attendance is necessary for work, employees are fundamentally prohibited from attending outside events

 

Visitors both foreign and domestic temporarily prohibited from entering corporate sites

*As of today, this scheme is planned to be implemented until Friday, April 24, 2020. Extension of said scheme will be considered according to relevant developments
